The City Mission Volunteer Opportunities
The City Mission offers crisis programs for men, women, and children; spiritual aid for those incarcerated and their families; and dynamic programs for youth and their families throughout the year. Care On The Square – Homeless Ministry
Care on the Square is a local ministry that exists to minister to those living in despair on the streets of Cleveland. We show them God’s love by providing them with a hot meal on all Saturdays throughout the year, with the exception of the second Saturdays of the month. Volunteer according to your schedule and giftedness
  ●  Food Prep:  9:45am – noon (at CVC)  Please call ahead to be placed on the schedule.
  ●  Servers:  11:30am – 1:30pm (meet at CVC, travel downtown to serve)
Donations of food items are also accepted on a regular basis. International Friends Volunteer Opportunities
International Friends ministers to the international students in the Cleveland area. Multiple opportunities exist to get involved.
Soccer Tournament at East 46th St. Park
Saturday, July 31 (9am-8pm)
Sunday, Aug. 1 (1:30-5:30pm)
Help needed with:  registration, first aid, referees, scorekeepers, and food prep/service. Morning and evening shifts are available. Volunteers should be at least 12 years old.  Opportunity also exists to compete in the tournament. Players must be 18 years or older.

Welcome Picnic for New Students, Saturday, Aug. 28, Hinckley Lake, 1-7pm
 Assistance is needed in the following areas: food prep/service, transportation of international students, and sports activity and game organizers.

Hayride and Bonfire, Saturday
October 9, 1-7pm
Assistance is needed in the following areas: food prep/service, transportation of international students (must transport at least two students) and welcome crew.

Sports Camp 2010
Be a witness to the children of our community by volunteering your time at CVC’s Annual Sports Camp August 2-6. Opportunities to get involved include coaching sports, devotions, registration, drama, singing, childcare, and set-up. Assistance is also needed on August 6 for the Sports Camp Celebration. The Village Chapel – Summer Ministry Opportunities
The Village Chapel, a church plant of CVC, ministers to the people of Slavic Village. Multiple opportunities exist to get involved throughout the months of June, July, and August.
  ●  Kids Day – Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11am-1pm Learning, games, and lunch.
  ●  Work Day – Thursdays, 11am-4pm Cleaning, fixing, and maintaining.
