Anxiety & the Peace of God – Week 3

The Path to Peace: In our culture and in our world, we tend to hear two very different suggestions for finding peace. The first is more spiritual – pray more, mediate more, read more, be in community even more, serve others. The second is the mental path – go to your doctor, create better habits, fix your diet, exercise consistently, and maybe get a light lamp in the winter. All of those sound great, so what is the correct path?
