BVH Set Up Team for the Single Mom's Gathering

If you don't mind making a quick lunch pick-up, enjoy setting up a room efficiently and attractively, and have a heart for helping people in difficult circumstances, this is the perfect role for you! A group for single mothers meets on the second Sunday of each month at 12:30 p.m. We bless these women with a good lunch, free childcare during the meeting, and a variety of donated items to help meet their practical needs. As a part of this team, you'll drive to pick up the lunch from a local restaurant and bring it to the church. (This is often the biggest need!) You will help set up the meeting space so it's inviting and ready for connection. And you'll help to arrange and display the free donations in a way that's organized and welcoming for the moms to browse and choose from. Your service will help create an environment where single moms can feel loved, supported, and refreshed.
