Advent tree 2025

Each Christmas season, our Advent Tree is an opportunity for our church family to share the love and generosity of Christ with others locally, regionally, and globally.

Tell Me More!

CVC has supported GCA’s growth in many ways through the years. The funds donated will go directly towards the cost of educating students from Cleveland’s inner city who otherwise might not be able to afford a Christ-centered education.

The doors of The Oasis of Hope in Medina are open to women who want to receive accurate and honest information on an array of subjects including pregnancy symptoms, abortion, adoption, parenting, STDs, and sexual health. Counseling, support, infant supplies, pre-natal and parenting classes are offered in a caring, non-judgmental environment as well as pregnancy tests, ultrasounds and adoption information and referrals. The Oasis of Hope also offers maternity, baby and children’s items to the women who are being cared for. Funds donated will help them to reach more people with their services including online education access.

Cleveland universities are filled with the nations! We have a mission field in our own backyard! That’s why we were thrilled when Michael and Seohyeon Allen, who were active members of CVC Brunswick, decided to relocate downtown to more effectively reach students. At present they work closely with one of our Big 10 partners, International Friendships Inc., to do life-on-life discipleship with students.

CVC has and continues to strongly support this church in Beckley, WV to reach the people of Appalachia.  Any funds donated during Advent season would go directly towards the overall operating budgets to help this church continue as a viable gospel presence in the community that they serve.

Brian’s Safehouse was started by Leon and Donita Brush after they lost their son, Brian, to overdose. CVC serves Brian’s by doing yard work, large & small projects around the property farm, and by ministering to the men that are living there. Any funds donated during Advent season would go towards their overall operating budget.

Your gifts help equip our teams to bring relief to communities deeply impacted by storms and flooding. Support enables us to assist with construction and repairs, clear debris, prepare and serve meals, and—most importantly—to pray with those in need and share the hope of the gospel.

Education is one of the most valuable assets we can give a child. At Love and Hope each person is matched with an educational environment that fits their individual learning style and cultivates an atmosphere of success. Your donation goes towards tuition, school supplies, and all the other expenses directly related to the students’ education.

All funds donated to this account will aid in supporting IMB missionaries serving around the world in cities, rural areas, hard-to-reach places, and among people who are displaced and dispersed. Every dollar you give helps take the gospel to those who’ve never heard, providing essential resources to the missionaries for their health & wellness, safety & security, cultural access, ministry tools and more.

We can’t wait to see you there.
