MR — Ministry Residency

The Ministry Residency at CVC

Two years. A lifetime of impact.

A different way to prepare for ministry

Most ministry leaders develop in one of two ways:

The classroom without experience

Years of study, but little real-world experience.

Experience without theological formation

Real experiences, but without a strong theological foundation.

The Ministry Residency at CVC was created to bring both together.

Through immersive ministry experience, graduate-level theological education, intentional mentoring, and spiritual formation, residents are prepared to serve the Church with wisdom, conviction, and competence.

This isn't simply an internship.
It's a pathway for a lifetime of ministry.

The two year journey

Year One

Explore. Learn. Serve.

Gain broad ministry exposure through rotations across multiple ministry environments.

Year2

Year Two

Focus. Lead. Multiply.
