Director of Youth and Worship Ministry Kevin Lorow warns from Malachi 2:1–9 that God’s fierce rebuke of priests who cheapen worship—cursing them with the very dung of their offerings—reveals just how seriously He guards His name and mission, and how those meant to steward His presence instead became barriers to His redemptive work. He urges us, as Christ‑clothed priests, to take God’s name and mission seriously by living in wholehearted obedience and dependence on Jesus our perfect High Priest, whose once‑for‑all sacrifice restores our fellowship with God.
