Covenantal Love: There’s a fancy church word you may have heard before – covenant. God makes a lot of those with humanity and sometimes even with Himself on our behalf! While it may seem like a simple promise, covenants actually go much deeper. It’s a promise where even if one of the people involved doesn’t hold up their end of the deal, the other person will continue their faithfulness to the agreement. Humans struggle to do that on our best of days, which is where God’s steadfast love comes to the rescue.
