Join us as we examine how God’s word directs us to enjoy spiritual fellowship.
The Surrendered Soul: Campus Pastor Josh Stone teaches from Psalm 22.
The Remembering Soul: We can so easily forget the benefits that we have received from the Lord. And when we do, it diminishes the sense of blessedness that we experience in our souls. We are prone to get things backwards – we think a healthy soul will generate gratitude. The psalmist challenges that idea and shows us that choosing gratitude is what heals our soul.
The Restored Soul: Lead Pastor Chad Allen joins us at CVC-Brunswick this morning to teach from Psalm 23.
We are told to make time for self care. So we exercise, try to eat right, enjoy a hobby, watch a baseball game. These things are all great, but how do we care for our soul?
The Waiting Soul: We’re all waiting for something, longing after some sort of change. Maybe the conversations you’re having go something like, “When I graduate high school then I’ll be able to….” or “Once we’re able to buy a house…” and maybe “After I get that promotion….” The good news is, those are all totally normal! Phew.
The Downcast Soul: Campus Pastor Josh Stone launches our newest series, Soul Care, and teaches today from Psalm 42-43. We are told to make time for self care. So we exercise, try to eat right, enjoy a hobby, watch a baseball game. These things are all great, but how do we care for our soul?
